MCP servers for helpdesks and contact centres

Most support platforms cannot be read by an AI client. Some publish nothing at all; others publish an MCP client, which lets their agents call your tools but does not let Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini read your conversations. Where the server is missing, Rulebase is it — with 149 customer-operations skills on top.

Platforms with no MCP server

Nothing first-party and nothing supported. An AI client cannot read these conversations at all today.

Platforms with an MCP client but no server

These vendors adopted MCP so their own agents can call out to your tools during an interaction. That is the client side. Reading your conversation history from an AI client you choose needs a server, and none of them publishes one.

Platforms that already publish an MCP server

No gap to fill. Point your AI client straight at the vendor — these are here so the list is honest, not because Rulebase is needed.

Client or server?

A server exposes data; a client consumes it. A helpdesk that ships an MCP client can let its own AI agents call your external tools mid-conversation. That is useful, and it is not the same as letting you read its data from an AI client of your own — which needs a server. Several vendors ship the client and are accurately described as supporting MCP, which is why the middle group above exists.
